are processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.

Authorized public institutions,

Insurance companies,

with service providers and business partners only when necessary and in compliance with applicable legislation.

EKR Filo takes technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss of, or misuse of personal data.

6. Data Retention Period

Personal data are retained for the periods specified in the relevant legislation or for as long as required by the purpose of processing.

7. Data Subject Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), customers;

to learn whether their personal data are being processed,

to request the correction or deletion of their data,

have the right to object to the processing of their data.
