🔹 Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions are valid between EKR Filo Vehicle Rental Services (“EKR Filo”) and the real or legal persons who receive services from EKR Filo (“Customer”).

2. Scope of the Service

EKR Filo;

Operational fleet leasing

Short- and medium-term vehicle rental (1–36 months)

Maintenance, repair, and damage management

Roadside assistance and towing services

Replacement vehicle and tire services

provides vehicle transfer services and customized solutions for organizations.

3. Contract Term

Rentals are valid for the period specified in the contract concluded between the parties. At the end of the term, renewal or termination conditions are regulated separately.

4. Vehicle Usage Terms

The Customer;

shall use the vehicle only for the purpose specified in the contract,

shall comply with traffic rules and applicable legislation,

shall not transfer the vehicle to third parties,

accepts that they will allow periodic maintenance and inspections of the vehicle.

5. Damage and Insurance

Vehicles are rented with the relevant insurance coverage.

In the event of an accident, damage, or malfunction, the customer is obliged to notify EKR Filo immediately.

Costs arising from situations outside the scope of insurance may be charged to the customer.

6. Pricing and Payment

Rental fees are invoiced in accordance with the terms specified in the contract.

In the event that payments are not made on time, legal rights are reserved.

7. Suspension of Service

EKR Filo;

Payment delays,

Breach of contract,

reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the service in cases of unlawful use.

8. Limitation of Liability

EKR Filo shall not be held liable for delays or service disruptions arising from force majeure.

9. Right to Amend

EKR Filo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

10. Jurisdiction

In disputes that may arise from these terms, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply, and the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
